Eugene Photo Booth agrees to take and print as many photos as reasonably possible during the event. Client agrees to pay the initial $250 deposit to reserve their date. Cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Client agrees to pay the remaining balance due at time of event. If paying by check, check is due to 7 days prior to event. Client agrees to provide a suitable location for the photo booth with access to electrical outlet. Eugene Photo Booth reserves the right to use any photographs for promotional use.
